Larry Ferlazzo posted an interesting question on his blog "Larry Ferlazzo's Websites of the Day" regarding those last few minutes of a class. We've all been there - you've taught your lesson, had some great learning activities, but the students finished just a few minutes earlier than you had planned.
Larry is posting a "What Do You Do" series and asks: What Do You Do When You’ve Finished Your Lesson, But Have Five or Ten Minutes Of Classtime Left?
What a great opportunity for family and consumer sciences teachers to post some innovative ideas and share them with teachers of other content areas. If you have some good FCCLA leadership activities you do during this time, please share! I'm sure you'll also receive helpful ideas from the comments on his post.
