This weekend, Missouri FCCLA members and advisors will get the opportunity to see Rhett Laubach in action as he leads the Take AIM (Active and Involved Members) Conference at Tan-Tar-A. Rhett is professional speaker, founder of Personal Leadership Insight, Executive Presentations Coach and owner of YourNextSpeaker, LLC. Rhett has worked with Missouri FCCLA to develop the Take AIM conference and has spoken at state and national FCCLA Conferences. He is also the author of two great blogs, Authenticity Rules, and the Personal Leadership Insight. These blogs provide great ideas, resources, and rules to follow for presentations as well as tips for student leaders.
The following technology techniques slideshow was posted on his PLI blog for Oklahoma FCCLA Advisors (are they getting some sort of spa deal there??? If so, we want in on this too...)
Rhett does an awesome job with presentations and has been a great resource to me and to our state officers. If you get the chance, take a look at both of his blogs - you'll be sure to find something that will help you make a great presentation - whether you are an adult or a student leader.
So back to the title of this post - take a look at Rhett's rules and yes...Missouri FCCLA thinks Rhett does rule!
